“We’ve built four times and this was the best experience we’ve ever had building a home. We couldn’t have been more pleased, from planning, through construction, delivery and follow up work later. We came from a golf course community and we wanted to stay in one, which we have at The Gardens.
The tankless water heater is absolutely wonderful, and the insulation is great. We averaged only about $200 a month for heating and cooling, year around.
